POST/api/v1/conversations/{id}/whatsapp/templates

can_reply false en WhatsApp significa que la ventana de 24h se cerró — envía una plantilla aprobada. Las plantillas listadas son solo APPROVED. El path de conversation reengancha el hilo. El path de contact inicia o reabre.
