Notes
Notas de registro CRM. Append-only. Distintas das notas internas do inbox.
Lista e create exigem um de contact_id, company_id ou deal_id. Registro vazio devolve data: [], não 404. POST é append-only: cada chamada cria uma nota. Não envie Idempotency-Key. PATCH só title e body — não re-parenta.
