MCP
One command installs Aivyro MCP in the agent. No hand-edited mcp.json. No aivk_ in the file.
REST is for your backend. MCP is for the agent (Cursor, Claude, Warp, Codex, Grok). Both talk to the same workspace. The grant is OAuth in the browser — Allow as you.
Install
The wizard detects the client and writes https://mcp.aivyro.io/mcp into the native config. Then restart the agent and approve the grant.
npx @aivyro/wizard mcp add --client warp
npx @aivyro/wizard mcp add --all
npx @aivyro/wizard mcp tutorial
npx @aivyro/wizard mcp removeHost
https://mcp.aivyro.io/mcpmcp.aivyro.io is the agent protocol. api.aivyro.io is REST. app.aivyro.io is the product. Do not mix the three.
Clients
| Client | File |
|---|---|
| Cursor | ~/.cursor/mcp.json |
| Claude Code | .mcp.json in the project |
| Claude Desktop | claude_desktop_config.json |
| VS Code | .vscode/mcp.json |
| Warp | ~/.warp/.mcp.json |
| Grok / Codex | config.toml |
First session
After Allow, ask the agent: “call aivyro.getting_started with goal first_session”. It searches a person, opens the latest call brief and lists the inbox.
